Plastic Pipes Conference Association Initiative

Talent Development

Since its inception in 1970, the conferences contributed to our dynamic industry and the responsible use of plastic pipe systems. Over the many years, the conferences were not only caches of technical expertise but also the cumulative of industry know-how. In acknowledgement of industry dynamics and this vast resource, the PPCA Board of Directors (PPCA BOD) announces a parallel initiative: Talent Development.   This initiative recognizes the ever-changing landscape within our industry and the necessity to cultivate future talent which in turn, “stocks the pipeline.”  For the students, they will interface with experts and companies spearheading innovation, circular economy, technology, best practices, and other facets of plastic pipe systems. For PPXXII, the technical program highlights the role of plastic pipes systems in addressing the global sustainability and energy transitions.  Additionally, with the presentation of ~90 technical papers during the 3-days, the PPXXII conference is an energizing forum to continue their educational pursuits.
