The Gala Dinner celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 in The Warsaw Hall  Ballroom. This event is open to all registered attendees and registered Accompany Persons. The suggested attire is business / cocktail wear. Attendees are welcomed to gather in the foyer while waiting for the doors to open.

NOTE: Those attending the event are required to wear their badge to enter.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks
All lunches and coffee breaks will take place in the PPXXII Exhibition Hall and on the foyer.

Business Meeting Space
The Meeting Room 7, is available by the Registration Desk. Availability is first-come-first-served.
